Purchase & Order

Since each person has different feel with a fit, it is difficult for us to make specific statements about your size. We suggest using our Size Chart to find your size. Basically, our Yoga Wear is cut close to the body so that it keeps up with every movement. If you prefer to wear loose clothing, we recommend ordering one size larger.

If you are uncertain about your size, of course, it is possible to order several sizes to choose from.

You will find all available items on our Online-Shop. If an article is out of stock, this means that it is no longer available. As we are a sustainable fashion label, we avoid overproduction. In exceptional cases, we can reproduce items. Feel free to contact us so that we can find a suitable alternative for you.

We do not offer special discounts for Yoga teachers. But you are welcome to subscribe to our newsletter. As a subscriber, you will regularly receive an exclusive access to super promotions and discounts.

During checkout, you can enter your discount code under "contact information". If you have any problems with the cash-in, kindly send us a short e-mail to shop@mandala-fashion.com.

You can only cash-in one discount at a time. Depending on the validity, you are welcome to use the remaining discount code for your next order.

If you forgot to enter your discount code when ordering, we will gladly redeem it for you. Please send us an e-mail with your discount code to shop@mandala-fashion.com.

Having a customer account with us is optional, i.e. you can also order as a guest. However, creating a free customer account has many advantages for you:

You can always see your current order-status on your customer account. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with the shipping confirmation and the tracking number.

Since we send out every order as soon as possible, a subsequent change of order is unfortunately not possible.

Please e-mail us at shop@mandala-fashion.com,to cancel your order. Kindly note that orders that have already been shipped can no longer be canceled. In this case, please send the order back to us with the enclosed return label.

Payment

Currently, we do not offer purchase on account. But you are welcome to select the payment method “wire transfer”, in order to pay by bank transfer. Your goods will be shipped to you upon our receipt of your payment.

During checkout, you can enter your individual code under "contact information". The code can be found in the e-mail with the gift certificate. If the gift certificate was purchased in our boutique, you will find the relevant code on the attached receipt.

 

If your purchase amount does not fully cover the gift certificate amount, kindly select the following payment methods for settling the balance, wire transfer, Sofortbanking, PayPal and Credit Card.

If you have selected the payment method in advance, you will receive your invoice after having ordered by e-mail. Here you will find our bank details and all relevant payment information. Please transfer the outstanding invoice amount within 3 days, stating the invoice number. Once we have received your payment, we shall ship your order.

Shipping

Since we care about the environment, we send every order plastic-free. Your items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a box of FSC-certified paper to protect them from external environmental factors.

Our vouchers are only sent digitally via e-mail to save the environment. After our receipt of your payment, you shall receive an e-mail from us with your individual coupon code. Please keep it well.

We want to keep our ecological footprint small. Therefore, we try to send several orders together in one lot. We shall inform you, of course, and refund you the shipping costs for the additional orders.

We use DHL to ship your order. You will receive the shipment number automatically by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped.

Since we ship with DHL, shipping to a packing station is possible. Please make sure to enter your postal number and packing station. Do not specify your street and house number. For shipping to a post office, you can also specify your postal number.

We ship to every country worldwide.

When shipping within the EU, there are no additional costs for you. When shipping to third countries outside the EU, additional duties and fees could incur. Since tariffs vary greatly from country to country, we regret that we cannot accept the customs fees that may be incurred during shipping. We recommend that you inform yourself in advance at your local customs office about the amount of the costs.

Return & Exchange

IYour package comes with a booklet labeled "Open Me". In it you will find all the important documents such as delivery note, return slip and return label. If you cannot find your return label, please send us an e-mail to shop@mandala-fashion.com.

Certainly, you may also exchange an article. Please make a note of the desired exchange on the return slip. If your desired item exceeds the refund amount, we will send you an invoice for the difference. Please note that we can only ship the goods after receipt of payment. If the desired item is cheaper than the value of your return, we will refund the difference.

Once your return has been processed, we will credit the refund amount to your PayPal account. As a rule, returns are processed no later than 2-3 working days after receipt of the return.

The refund is always made back to the original form of payment. Please keep your coupon code well if you have paid with a voucher and would like to return something. The refund will be on your voucher and you will be able to shop again the next time until the amount is completely used up.
